Green GW is a "for the students, by the students" organization on the George Washington University campus. Our mission is to unite the student body, administration, and faculty alike to create a more environmentally friendly and green campus while simultaneously increasing awareness of environmental issues.

350.org is an international campaign to support a clear and bold solution to the climate crisis: reducing the level of carbon dioxide in our atmosphere to 350 parts per million. This October 24, 2009, over 5,200 events are planned in more than 180 countries for the 350 International Day of Climate Action. From the melting snows of Mt. Everest to the sinking beaches of the Maldives, people will gather to send a message to world leaders: 350!
